The Professional Team

All of our teachers are experienced and qualified and have long service records with the school.

Mrs. Jacqueline Maclean (Headteacher)

Cert.Ed. B.Ed. Mont Dip.(Hons) Mont.International Teaching Dip.

For many years she taught in primary schools in West Berkshire and was a Head-teacher for six years. She became interested in the Montessori Approach and obtained an Hons. Diploma in 1992. She designed and opened The Village Montessori School in that year.

Mrs. Jackie Flaxman (Deputy)

B.Sc. Mont. International Teaching Dip. EYPS

Joined the Nursery School in 1995 and was awarded Early Years Professional Status in 2007.
