School fees
Pupils aged 2 ½ - 3 years are required to have a teacher:pupil ratio of 1:4.
The Nursery School Fees are different for 3 – 5-year-olds where we maintain a teacher:pupil ratio of 1:8.
Nursery school fees from Autumn Term 2009
3-5 years
- Mornings (9.15 – 12.15) £18.45
- Afternoons (1.15 – 3.15) £12.45
- All day when appropriate (9.15 – 3.15) £32.25
4 & 5 year old only
- Weds pm (having stayed in the morning) am/pm £32.25
Under 3 year olds
- Mornings (9.15 – 12.15) £19.00
- Afternoons (1.15 – 3.15) £13
- All day when appropriate (9.15 – 3.15) £33.25
On Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, the morning session may be extended from 12.15 to 1.15 (children bring a packed lunch) + £4.50
On Monday, Tuesday & Thursday , the afternoon session may be extended by arriving at 12.15 (children bring a packed lunch) + £4.50
There are no sessions on Friday afternoon.
Nursery Education Grant/Funding
The Nursery Grant becomes available for 3-year-olds in the term following their third birthday. The Grant is available for all 4-year-olds up to the term they are 5-years-old.
Our morning session lasts for three hours (may be extended to four hours) and the afternoon session lasts for two hours and may be extended to three hours.
The maximum funding is for 5 x 2 ½ hour sessions per week i.e. 12.5 hours.
